Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator / Inspector to support our short-term rental properties in Titusville and Indian Harbour Beach. This role ensures all units are guest-ready, well-maintained, and operating at a high standard. You will coordinate between cleaning teams, laundry services, and maintenance vendors, while also performing inspections and light hands-on work when needed.
This is a key operational role where your performance directly impacts guest satisfaction and overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Oversee and communicate daily with cleaning teams for timely, high-quality turnovers
- Coordinate with laundry services to ensure proper pickup, delivery, and linen inventory
- Manage and align cleaning, laundry, and maintenance schedules with bookings
- Ensure proper linen rotation, quality control, and availability
- Identify and resolve issues before guest arrival
- Perform light maintenance tasks (minor repairs, adjustments, replacements) and/or have basic maintenance knowledge
- Ensure all units meet company standards, including linens, supplies, and setup
- Document issues with photos and detailed notes
- Follow up to ensure task completion and quality control
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking coordination
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in maintenance, property management, hospitality, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams (cleaners, laundry, vendors, maintenance)
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic handyman skills are a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
