A full-time school psychologist position is available in Sebring, FL, serving the Highlands County school district. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services to students during the 2025 school year through May 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Providing consultation and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within school environments, preferably K-12
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and education professionals
- Commitment to student mental health and well-being

This contract position begins as soon as possible and is scheduled through the end of May 2025. The caseload details will be provided upon hiring. This assignment does not include VOCO services.
