- Work Hours 7:45 am-4:30- with a one-hour lunch; Monday-Thursday. On Fridays we work 7:45-3:00. Rarely would you have to work past these hours. We believe strongly in supporting a healthy Work-Life Balance.

- Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance, development, and other business-related functions.
- Provides superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Organize and present treatment plans with patients.
- Manage specialist referral process.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to patient and doctor needs and inquires.
- This position has direct supervision of non-clinical employees in their dental practice
- Train, develop and manage staff to meet performance standards.
- Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, and retention activities.
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Follow and enforce office policies and regulations.
- Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operation expenses.
- Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the dental office
- Other duties as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Must have dental experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a Team Lead/ Office Manager role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed exceeds goals and maximizes opportunities.
- Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and provide immediate solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office-related products.
- Possess an understanding of Dental Insurance.
- Knowledge of OMS Vision is a plus.
