- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tabs efficiently
- Restock bar inventory as needed and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within a hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service standards is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
