Job Summary
The Vines Bartender is key in creating a truly great Guest experience! Vines gets pretty busy, so the bartender needs to balance creating a guest connection with delivering the best service possible, all while crafting delicious Vines cocktails.
The Bartender has a full understanding of Vines food, beverages and wine. Primary responsibilities include building relationships with our Guests; setting up, maintaining, and operating all aspects of the bar; and preparing service of beverages, in accordance with standard recipes. Teamwork with the service staff is essential and is what we’re all about at Vines Grille and Lounge!
General Accountabilities
- Takes drink and sometimes food orders from customers of the bar or wait staff.
- Collects money for drinks served.
- Slices fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Cleans bar and arranges glasses to create an attractive display.
- Replenishes bar snacks.
- Requisitions for liquor or beverages.

Job Qualifications
- Must represent Vines Grille and Wine Bar Mission, Vision and Values
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of and passion for spirits, wine and beer
- Minimum 3-years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Loves Guest service!

- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members

Certified in responsible alcohol service, where required, Vines Grille and Wine Bar will help provide if needed.
