DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proven experience in project accounting within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with AIA billing (currently handling 50-60 applications monthly).
- Ability to oversee and support an Accounting Assistant and Payroll Manager.
- Broad understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and overall construction financials.
- A mindset for process improvement, leadership development, and long-term commitment.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing all project-level accounting functions.
- Preparing and submitting monthly AIA billing.
- Overseeing payroll and supporting accounting staff.
- Collaborating directly with the CFO on financial strategy and departmental improvements.
- Transitioning into departmental leadership over time with full ownership of accounting functions.
