POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager who enjoys leading luxury custom homes from preconstruction through completion while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships?
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end custom residential construction projects in South Florida. Experience managing luxury custom homes valued at $3 million and above is required.
This opportunity is for a professional who understands the attention to detail, financial management, communication, and coordination required to successfully deliver one-of-a-kind custom residences.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement.
- Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents.
- Manage subcontractor bidding, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Oversee project costs, change orders, financial performance, and profitability.
- Maintain direct client communication throughout construction, including selections, changes, and expectations.
- Monitor construction quality, project progress, and successful completion.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 5–10 years of construction experience, including a minimum of 5 years in luxury custom home construction.
- Experience managing ground-up custom residences valued at $3 million and above.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential construction, design coordination, and high-end finishes.
- Experience with construction budgeting, cost tracking, and contract administration.
- Strong client communication, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work on-site in the Fort Lauderdale area. Local South Florida candidates only.
