Sales & Social Media Coordinator — Floor & More LLC
Location: Centennial, CO (on-site)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time | Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay: $20/hour commission on sales
About the role
Floor & More is a family-owned interior remodeling and flooring company serving the Aurora and Centennial area. We're looking for a motivated self-starter to grow our customer pipeline through outbound sales calls and manage our social media presence. You'll set your own schedule within store hours and have direct impact on company growth — with commission to match.
What you'll do
- Cold call and follow up with homeowner and contractor leads to schedule consultations and drive sales
- Manage and grow our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, X, Nextdoor)
- Create and post engaging content — before/after project photos, promotions, and tips
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally
- Track leads and keep records organized
- Collaborate with ownership to align outreach with current promotions and services
What we're looking for
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls — confidence and persistence are a must
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business (portfolio a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
- Interest in home improvement or remodeling is a bonus — not required
Compensation & schedule
- $20/hour base pay
- Commission earned on closed sales
- Flexible hours — set your own schedule within store hours
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Work on-site at our Centennial, CO location
