Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with industry professionals and talent
- Experience in talent scouting, recruitment, or casting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management and planning abilities
- Proficiency in building sponsor decks
- Familiarity with the entertainment and creative industries
- An understanding of current industry trends in Reality Television, Scripted Features, Commercials, and Music Promotions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry is a plus
