Currents Management is a leading digital Talent management company with expertise in Branded Partnerships, Licensing and Merchandising, Product Launches, Original Content Development, Literary Publishing, Brand Development, Monetization, and more. We represent a diverse roster of video-first creators across verticals including Family, Comedy, Home Decor, DIY, Culinary, Lifestyle, Tech, and Fashion on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
This role is a highly visible role working directly with Talent Managers on the Currents Management team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about the influencer, digital media, and social media marketing industry. You will have the opportunity to learn first-hand from industry experts with 10 years working in digital media and Talent Management. You will earn a PhD in managing, and executing branded campaigns. You will become fluent in the ecosystem of Agencies, Brands, and Creators. And you will build relationships and connections throughout this booming ecosystem from experts in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge and passion for Social Media from a business and consumer perspective (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms)
- 0-1 years of talent management, agency, PR, digital, or influencer marketing experience, working with brands and agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
- Superb teamwork and team management skills.
- Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn from some of the top digital talent managers in the industry.
- Work hour flexibility.
