OPERATIONS COMMANDER
We are hiring an Operations Commander to own execution across mitigation, contents, and reconstruction. Your job is to make sure every project moves quickly, bills cleanly, delivers a great customer experience, and runs without the owner managing the day-to-day.
This is the right-hand seat to the CEO. You will lead the operation so the founder can focus on building what comes next. We are founder-led, growing fast, and working toward 5X growth over the next two years. The leaders who join now will help set the pace and shape the company.
