As the Operations Manager, you will manage, support, and motivate the team to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. You will continue to ensure our Restoration Teams make every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!”
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with leadership team, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization concerning field operations/production.
·Coordinate with Regional Manager and office admin team to ensure administrative duties are complete.
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
· Manage staff development within the company.
· Work with the Regional Manager and leadership team to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
·Coordinate with regional manager and leadership team to develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
· Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the Regional Manager.
· Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
· Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
Position Requirements
· Extensive experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
· Industry certifications strongly preferred.
· Experience in business operations preferred.
· Management experience preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
· Effective written and oral communication skills.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
· Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Pay to start at $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
