- Customer coverage: every customer greeted and helped fast, every call answered or returned the same business day, contractors in and out in under 10 minutes for pickups and returns
- Rental fleet readiness: every return checked in, inspected, cleaned, tested, and back on the ready line within 24 hours; damage documented and billed before the unit goes back on the shelf; zero units sent out untested
- Inventory accuracy: receiving logged the same day it arrives, cycle counts done on schedule, shelves stocked, priced, and faced; 98% or better accuracy on counts
- Order fulfillment: online and phone orders picked, packed, and shipped or staged for pickup the same business day
