Our patient-centered primary care practice in Cypress is seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant / Front Desk staff for immediate hire. We are committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care, putting patients first, and providing clear guidance to support overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Perform clinical tasks, including blood draws and basic lab procedures.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, follow-ups, and general care instructions.
- Support the healthcare team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, front desk operations, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and performing blood draws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Professional, patient-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- References required.
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting pay at $15/hour.
