Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee office operations by maintaining organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create engaging bilingual content in Spanish and English for marketing materials, social media posts, and client communications.
- Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, supporting personal assistant tasks, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with social media platforms.
