The Role

As our Product Growth Intern (aka Growth Hacker), you won’t just be executing; you’ll be owning critical pieces of our go-to-market engine. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, running experiments, driving our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, and obsessing over the user journey to help us hit our next big ARR milestones.

What You’ll Own (Your Impact)

• Growth Hacking: Run scrappy experiments, analyze user behavior data, and optimize our funnels to crush KPIs (activation, retention, and viral loops).
• Cross-Functional Jamming: Partner directly with our product and GTM teams to uncover insights and shape our feature roadmap.
• Growth Marketing: Spin up zero-to-one digital campaigns across SEO, email, and social that actually convert.
• Talk to Users: Jump on Zoom for onboarding, product demos, and customer success. You’ll be the voice of FlocCare, turning users into raving evangelists.
• GTM Hustle: Build killer sales collateral, pitch decks, and outreach sequences that cut through the noise.

Who You Are (The DNA we’re looking for)

• You’re a Builder: Currently studying Marketing, Business, or just building cool side-projects on the internet.
• Data-Obsessed: You eat spreadsheets for breakfast and love using data to prove a hypothesis.
• Customer-Obsessed: Incredible written and verbal communication skills. You know how to talk to people and find their pain points.
• Scrappy & Autonomous: We’re an async-first, globally distributed team. You don’t wait for permission to make an impact.
• AI-Pilled: You’re genuinely obsessed with the massive unlock that Gen AI brings to legacy industries like healthcare.

Bonus Points (Nice to haves)

• You know your way around a modern growth stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Previous stint at an early-stage startup or a growth marketing role.
• You know what "CAC", "LTV", and the "Aha! moment" actually mean.
• Basic understanding of healthcare compliance (or a willingness to learn fast).
