Operations Intern

• Assist Managers in the management of internal workflow systems and internal professional development
• Assisting in Data Management and systems development
• Help with coordination among the executive team and one-off projects across the business

Sales Intern (Jr. Headhunter)

• Research and find candidates for live executive searches
• Call candidates, introduce the role, and book next conversations
• Weekly headhunter and professional development training

Client Success Intern

• Support our top recruiters with outreach and client coordination
• Prep candidates for interviews and build submittals
• Schedule meetings and set up calls with candidates and clients
• Coordinate new-hire paperwork and screening with our vendors

Marketing Intern

• Run our social media calendar and draft posts
• Design graphics, one-pagers and sales decks
• Create short videos and content about our team and work
• Manage point of contact with our marketing agency for email marketing

Part time, in person in Boise. 10-33 hours a week depending on role. Pay: Hourly with commission based incentives depending on role.
