We are hiring part-time and full-time Front Desk & Wellness Associates for a busy float therapy and massage spa in Brookfield. This role is hands-on. This is a dual-role position: front desk and cleaning. Both matter.
Guest & Front Desk Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out
- Handle bookings, phone calls, and scheduling
- Answer questions about float therapy and massage services
- Maintain a calm, professional guest experience
Cleaning & Facility Responsibilities (Significant Portion of the Job)
- Laundry (towels, robes, linens)
- Cleaning and sanitizing float tanks, cold plunge, and sauna
- Basic water chemistry maintenance for float tanks
- Cleaning bathrooms, vanity rooms, lounge areas
- Mopping floors, wiping surfaces
- Removing hair from brushes and drains
- General upkeep to keep the spa spotless and safe
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable with a lot of cleaning
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Interested in wellness and long-term growth
- Able to handle front desk duties and physical tasks
- Supervisor potential is a plus — we promote from within
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- One weekend day required for both part-time and full-time
- Full-time requires:
- One evening shift
- One weekend shift
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Starting pay: $15/hour
