Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Wellness Retail Associate who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. This role is part sales, part education- you’ll guide customers to the right products based on their needs while creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, authentic way
- Educate customers on CBD, herbal products, and wellness solutions
- Make personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Assist with promotions, events, and in-store marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in health, wellness, herbal medicine, or natural products
- Outgoing personality and ability to build trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable discussing wellness topics
- Reliable and detail-oriented
