**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, including but not limited to ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and supply inventory.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and preventative maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with restaurant equipment and fixtures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
