Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Carlisle, PA.
This role supports customers and internal operations through a combination of customer service, order processing, data entry, and administrative support. Team members work closely with customers and multiple departments to ensure accurate order processing and a positive customer experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Process quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Research products, parts, and customer inquiries
- Support shipping, receiving, and order processing activities
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and discrepancies
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Quality, and Service teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
