Marketing Manager
Location: Carlisle, PA (On-Site ONLY)
Classification: Full-Time | Salaried | Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Core Business Hours)
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 10%.
About FSIP
Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP) is a leader in the remanufacturing and manufacturing of advanced electronics serving the industrial equipment and electric vehicle industries. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and data to grow our brand, strengthen our digital presence, and support our B2B sales efforts.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys both developing strategy and executing day-to-day marketing initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership, you'll help drive digital marketing, ecommerce growth, lead generation, website management, branding, trade shows, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, SEO, and social media.
- Support and grow our B2B ecommerce platform and digital marketplace presence.
- Manage website content, branding, product launches, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
- Partner with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that support business growth.
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing content, research, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technical industries.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics 4, email marketing, and website management.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, marketing automation software, and project management tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms in a professional setting.
- Previous leadership or project management experience preferred.
