Responsibilities
- Expand and manage a portfolio of all existing accounts
- Build and nurture deep client relationships at all levels within Engineering and IT leadership
- Gather client intelligence including headcount plans, tech stack needs, and project pipelines and translate insights into proactive staffing and solutions
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including project-based engagements
- Leverage a technical background to engage credibly with client engineering teams and scope small-to-mid-size IT and software development projects
- Own a revenue quota, manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, and report weekly on account health, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Sales/account management experience in staffing, IT services( technical domain)
- Proven ability to grow accounts and close deals in enterprise clients
- Strong technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering and IT stakeholders
Experience managing CRM pipelines and producing structured weekly reporting
