Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Benefits, Absence Management/FMLA, Payroll, Core HR, and Reporting. The consultant will support implementation, enhancement, configuration, and production support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, and Workforce Management.

• Manage FMLA and leave administration processes within Oracle Fusion Absence Management.

• Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extract reports.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Support Benefits open enrollment, eligibility configuration, life events, and compliance processes.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve production issues and implement enhancements.

• Perform testing, UAT support, documentation, and deployment activities.

• Create dashboards, analytics, and custom reporting solutions for HR operations.

• Work closely with integration and technical teams for inbound/outbound interfaces.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

• Expertise in:

• OTBI Reporting
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• HCM Extracts
• • Experience with Fast Formula configuration.
• • Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge preferred.
• • Experience supporting enterprise HR systems and reporting solutions.
• • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or insurance domain preferred.

• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.

• Experience with integrations and data conversions preferred.
