Role::Administrator
Location: Berkeley, California, United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, promotions, performance reviews)
- Manage executive calendars, prioritize requests, and track action items
- Lead and guide administrative staff on projects and daily operations
- Plan and execute meetings, events, and conferences (including logistics and budgets)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Support financial tracking and transactions in coordination with finance teams
- Manage vendor/consultant requisitions and compliance with policies
- Maintain division website and social media content
Required Qualifications:
- 0–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting executives or large teams
- Event planning and budget management experience
