In this position, you will support every stage of the employee lifecycle, help maintain compliance, and ensure a seamless HR experience for our staff. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your HR career, FlexTG is the place for you.Work Arrangement & CompensationHybrid Schedule: Work three days a week onsite at our Dublin office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.Hourly Pay Range: $20.19 – $24.04, based on experience and qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate efficient onboarding for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and compliant process.Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, delivering timely and helpful support.Maintain accurate HR records and files, upholding confidentiality and data integrity.Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting requirements.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed.QualificationsRequired:Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.Experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.Familiarity with compliance regulations (FMLA, EEO, etc.).Why FlexTG?Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company with national reach.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.Work alongside passionate, collaborative colleagues in a supportive environmentFlexTG provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
