FTG of Greater Ohio, A Flex Technology Group company, our mission is to provide exceptional service each and every client interaction. As an onsite Supply and Logistics Technician you are responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through toner and consumable management in printers, maintaining and reporting inventory on a weekly basis, as well as conducting equipment moves and installations of office equipment.
What you will be doing:
- Install toner cartridges and other supply items in printers
- Monitor the ticketing system for incoming tickets
- Quickly respond to, and complete, incoming supply calls and escalations
- Assist with or conduct printer and copier moves and installations when required
- Managing FM Audit. What the heck is FM Audit, good question:
"FMAudit Onsite is a software solution that automatically performs print assessments, monitors consumable levels and printer status"
- Manage consumable parts such as toner collection units and rollers
- Package used cartridges and send in for recycling
- Manage and report inventory count on a weekly basis
- Maintain clean and organized working environment
The ideal candidate will bring to the role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Highly motivated
- Ability to drive a van or box truck is a big plus!
