Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Field Representative II – Managed Services Onsite Technical Support to support high-end mail sorting, records management, and print/copy center operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with printing equipment, mailroom operations, and customer service.
No advanced technical experience is required — computer skills and equipment training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-end mail sorting, printing, insertion, and records management tasks.
- Support copy and mail center operations, conference rooms, AV systems, and convenience copier fleets.
- Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble documents accurately and efficiently.
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining error-free work.
- Operate and troubleshoot high-end print and duplication equipment.
- Clear jams, refill toner, replace machine parts, and report equipment errors.
- Transfer and manage electronic files for printing.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow professional dress standards.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
- Validate jobs, read instructions, and organize required materials.
- Perform diagnostic, repair, installation, removal, and retrofit tasks on office equipment.
- Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
- Support mailroom duties, fulfillment, QC, bindery, and facility maintenance as needed.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal & written English).
- Maintain punctual attendance and work all scheduled hours.
Physical Requirements
- Walking, bending, twisting required
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
