We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support a growing procurement function within a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment. This role combines procurement administration with buyer responsibilities and serves as a key liaison between operations, suppliers, finance, and procurement leadership.
The ideal candidate will have foundational procurement experience and a strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, sourcing support, and procurement best practices. Key Responsibilit

Support the sourcing and procurement of operational supplies, fleet maintenance materials, safety equipment (PPE), office supplies, and other approved goods and servi - ces.Serve as a primary point of contact for internal customer inquiries and prospective suppli

Qualifica
- tions
3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supplier management, or a related function pref - erred.Experience creating, issuing, and managing purchase orders within ERP, procurement, inventory, or financial sy
- stems.Working knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, supplier management, inventory controls, and purchasing best prac
- tices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pricing, supplier quotations, and purchasing
- data.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet manag
- ement.Experience with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems pref
- erred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviro
- nment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service-oriented app
- roach.Experience supporting multi-location operations, field-based organizations, or decentralized environments is a
- plus.Familiarity with contract administration, vendor onboarding, supplier documentation, and procurement record management pref
- erred.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional
