Job description:
Well-established manufacturing company in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Machine Operator with CNC experience on large lathe machines. This will be for 2nd shift. Training would be on 1st shift (6:30AM-5:00PM).
Hours:
Monday-Friday-5:00PM-3:30AM
Job Description:
We are looking for CNC Machine Operators to set up, maintain, and operate various machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Lift and position materials and components
- Check output to spot any mistakes or flaws
- Inspect, label/tag, and package finished work
- Identify issues that might occur during the shift
- Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
- Keep records of production and material used
- Maintain activity logs
Skills:
Experience as a machine operator CNC experience as well
Ability to read Job Orders and material tags
