About the Role
Cadence CNC is seeking dependable and motivated CNC Machine Operators to support swing shift production. This is a hands-on production role focused on operating machines, maintaining quality, and keeping workflow moving efficiently.
This position works closely with the Shift Lead and is ideal for individuals who take pride in consistent, high-quality work and want to grow their skills in machining.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Operate CNC machines and monitor production cycles
- Load and unload parts efficiently to maintain throughput
- Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow setup sheets, work instructions, and process guidelines
- Maintain accurate part identification and documentation
- In the subject line when sending resume put the word raccoon
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate issues or delays to the Shift Lead promptly
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift parts as needed
- Ability to pass a background check (Form 4473)
