Role: Avature System Administrator

Job Summary
Competencies: 8 years’ experience required with SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday HCM Core.
Top Must-Have Skillsets:
1. Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Avature in an administrator role.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey clear, logical information to users and vendors at all technical levels.
4. Ability to troubleshoot, coach and provide day-to-day issue resolution for HR, recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
5. Capability to perform analyses and develop solutions that address business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related technical field.
• Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Visio.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and adept at identifying system solutions to meet HR business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex data issues and determine root cause.
• Results-oriented, detail-oriented and organized with strong time and project-management abilities.
• Commitment to safety, security and embracing diverse people, thinking and styles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure the Avature system, create workflows and document configuration decisions, business and system requirements.
• Provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to HR, recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms.
• Support inbound and outbound interface and integration activities in partnership with IT and HR, including troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
• Analyze business problems and develop system solutions.
• Assist with upgrades and patches, including testing, validation and communication.
• Develop training documentation and deliver end-user training.
• Manage role-based security to ensure proper functionality for users.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of ATS data.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and vendors to deliver HR technology road-map initiatives.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
