Customer Service Specialist

Job Title: Customer Account Specialist

Pay Rate: $18/hour-$23/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Customer Service experience 
• Must have familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably forging, machining, metal fabrication or related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite), basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Problem solving skills with a proactive approach
• Strong organizational, manage multiple tasks, orders, and prioritize

Responsibilities:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing day-to-day communications and building strong, trust-based relationships.

• Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and timelines
• Utilize customer EDI portals for order entry, shipping confirmation, and account updates
• Coordinate with teams to align manufacturing schedules with customer requirements
• Monitor order progress, communicate updates to customers 
• Manage change orders, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries
• Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide product and service support
