We're a fast-moving, team-focused company specializing in medium- to heavy-duty fleet maintenance-and we're continuing to expand.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (7 days/week – two openings)
- Second Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday – one opening)
- Third Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday – one opening)
Compensation & Perks:
- Earn up to $38/hour based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses (up to $12,000 annually)

What You'll Do:
- Perform inspections and repairs on trailers
- Diagnose issues and complete maintenance efficiently
- Use digital tools to manage work orders and documentation
- Maintain safety and compliance standards on every job
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of trailer maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
