Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking a sales professional with direct fleet maintenance experience to drive growth across new and existing customers.
This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, winning work, and expanding customer accounts. Internal team members handle estimating and administrative work-your focus is revenue generation and customer development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Business
- Develop new business within fleet, carrier, and logistics accounts
- Identify and prioritize target accounts within your territory
- Gain access to decision-makers and generate initial opportunities
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Account Growth
- Grow existing customers by increasing activity, services, and consistency
- Increase sales per stop and expand share of wallet
- Strengthen relationships to move from vendor to long-term partner
Execution
- Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers and prospects
- Build relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and dispatch teams
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
- Work with internal team to convert opportunities into completed work

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

- Reefer and/or tractor experience is a strong advantage

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
