What are the responsibilities and job description for the AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL AND REPAIR SUPERVISOR position at FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST?
You will serve as an Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor in the MRO Production Department, Production Lines Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: 1) Managing manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and resources to accomplish work operations; 2) Establishing priorities, deadlines, and task sequencing to comply with productions plans; and 3) Applying working knowledge of the aircraft platforms and trades sufficient to direct the work of artisans through subordinate leaders to accomplish trade and labor operations; 4) Communicating, effectively and efficiently, to management on a variety of issues, as well as communicating with shop artisans on compliance issues and work requirements.
