Community Support Advocate

Are you energetic and passionate about making a difference in people's daily lives? We're looking for an outgoing Community Support Advocate to provide experiences for out resident's that inspire connection, joy and meaningful living. If you love creating moments that matter, THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU!!

This role will be required to work weekends and holidays!

Responsibilities: 

• Design programs that promote socialization, relaxation, entertainment, and personal fulfillment
• Create and manage the monthly recreational calendar
• Plan, set up, and decorate for events including holiday events and meals
• Lead creative activities like arts, crafts, and educational sessions
• Drive engagement through daily team posts and flyers
• Coordinate community-based events and outings

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior experience in a relevant role
• Must have a valid Michigan Driver's license
