We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our adult foster care network, working across multiple residential sites to drive meaningful behavioral outcomes for individuals with complex needs. This is a highly collaborative, system-level role where you’ll partner closely with other BCBAs, clinical leadership, and direct care teams to design and implement effective behavior support strategies across a dynamic care environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior treatment plans (BTPs)
- Provide behavioral support across multiple residential sites, partnering with another BCBA to support a shared caseload
- Train, coach, and support direct care staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including clinical leadership, medical providers, and support staff
- Provide ongoing program evaluation, data analysis, and plan adjustments based on resident progress
- Participate in care planning, treatment team discussions, and program development initiatives
- Travel between sites to observe, support, and ensure fidelity of behavioral programming
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or equivalent qualifying credential)
- 3 years experience working with adults with complex behavioral, developmental, or mental health needs
- Ability to manage a multi-site caseload and work independently in a field-based environment
- Strong communication skills with both clinical teams and direct care staff
- Experience with staff training, coaching, and program implementation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between residential sites
