Office Manager

Flatrock is looking for an Office Manager for our lawncare and maintenance company, Total Care - This is a temporary position with the possibility of it moving into a full-time role - This position will start June 1st and will last 4-6 months with possibly continuing longer. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Project Manager with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain and organize records, reports, and maintenance documentation
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of work orders
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Coordinate communication between maintenance and upper management team
• Complete and track maintenance-related paperwork for all Flatrock locations

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of office management experience required, in lawncare/maintenance a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
