Dental Assistant --- Full Time Position (4 day work week)
We are a modern, patient focused endodontic office dedicated to providing exceptional root canal therapy in comfortable and efficient environment. Our team values professionalism, precision, and compassionate care, and we're looking for a dental assistant who shares these priorities. Though dental assisting background is a plus we are willing to train the right individual for the position.
We are seeking a reliable detail oriented assistant to support our endodontists in delivering high quality care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced specialty setting and enjoys working closely with patients and a collaborative team.
Responsibilities of a Dental Assistant:
* Maintain a clean work space
* Accommodate schedule changes
* Assist dental treatments chairside, Complete Daily Charting
* Ensure successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures
* Sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean work environment
* Confidently explain treatment procedure to patients
* Acquire and process radiographic imaging, including CBCTs
Minimum requirements:
- Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, self-motivated, proactive, customer service focused
- Flexible and adaptive, empathetic, passionate, ethical
- Must be DANB ( x-ray) certified, or will take and pass the test within 6 months after hire
- Able to remain calm and collected in a fast paced, high volume environment all while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism
