What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Flat Fee Landlord?
The best executive assistants don't wait to be told what to do. They already know. They've thought three steps ahead, cleared the path, and made sure the day runs without friction — before anyone even noticed it almost didn't.
That's who we're looking for.
We're Flat Fee Landlord — one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Texas, with a vision to reach 20,000 homes by 2034. Our CEO moves fast. He needs someone who moves faster.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll work directly with the CEO and COO — managing their time, owning their task lists, handling the things that would otherwise slow them down. You'll be in the room (and on the emails, and in the calendar) where decisions get made.
This is a part-time, in-person role (~20 hours/week) at our downtown Houston office. For the right person, that's a feature — serious access, serious impact, without the 60-hour week.
You'll also support the CEO in managing and improving the company's growing set of digital tools and AI automations. You don't need to be a developer — you need to be curious, fast-learning, and comfortable with technology.
You're the One If...
You'll have a front-row seat to a company scaling at speed. You'll work directly with the CEO on real decisions, real projects, and real growth. If you're the kind of person who thrives when trusted with responsibility, this is where you belong.
Competitive hourly pay. A team built on Hospitality, Urgency, Trust, and genuine care for each other.
To Protect and Prosper. That's our creed. If that resonates — apply.
Compensation: $32 - $40 hourly
