Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails while actively driving sales opportunities
- Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Confidently close sales and follow up to maximize opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Accurately track sales activity and customer interactions in our systems
- Stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends to position solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- This is not a remote position.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (inside sales, retail sales, or B2B)
- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong customer focus with a knack for turning interest into commitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business a plus)
- Competitive pay: $22–$25/hr ($45k–$52k annually) performance incentives
