Brief Description: Interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and accurately processing quotations and orders.Key Responsibilities: Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.Collects and enters quotations or orders for new or additional products or services.Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.Follows up on open quotations to obtain orders.Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements & Skills: Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Highly organized and time consciousPossess strong analytical aptitudeProficient computer skills with the ability to learn new softwareCustomer focusedStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and to work in dynamic business environment; Adaptable to changeSelf-motivated and results oriented; Ability to use judgement and make decisions independentlyPerforms other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.Reports to Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead.
