Position Overview:
We're in search of an agile, analytical, and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Internal Sales Associate. This role entails a blend of customer engagement, component selection, e-commerce management, quoting, inventory management, and so much more. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting components, providing quotes, and offering delivery information.
- Oversee the management of our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account, Online Retailer Platforms, and Company Website.
- Engage in product setup, advertising, inventory forecasting, and sales performance evaluation.
- Track and manage product returns and handle related communications.
- Collaborate with the team for content development, social marketing, and other e-commerce needs.
- Report e-commerce sales performance to management on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and optimize product listings for improved performance and SEO.
- Address customer and internal queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and quality control practices.
- Work in tandem with sales and purchasing teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience with Amazon.com Seller/Vendor Central.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Online Retailer Platforms.
- Proficiency in product setup across various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and function efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
- Past experience in fluid power or related industries is an advantage.
