Marketing & Communications Project Specialist (On-Site)

Flagger Force, an industry leader in short-term traffic control, is seeking a Brand & Strategy Project Specialist to join our corporate team in Hummelstown, PA.

In this role, you’ll be central to project management for our marketing, communications, and other strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure projects are well planned, executed, and delivered on time. This includes overseeing creative production, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping to advance key corporate priorities.

We’re seeking someone who is:

✅ Experienced with Jira (or similar project management software)

✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

✅ Inquisitive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs

✅ Strong in both verbal and written communication

✅ Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage project plans through Jira
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
• Support marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Present project updates and feedback to leadership
• Coordinate resources, meetings, timelines, and final deliverables
• Collaborate with the Design team on creative specifications, production, and asset management
• Continuously evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on project management experience
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Steel-toed boots required (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Preferred: Experience with marketing/communications project management

This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Hummelstown, PA.
