Position: Remote Compliance Administrator

This is a remote position based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, but can be done from anywhere in the United States.

Contract Details:

This is a part-time contract position, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The hours are flexible, but the ideal candidate will be available to work 20-25 hours per week.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Compliance Administrator to join our team. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This is a crucial role in our company, as it helps us maintain our reputation as a reliable and compliant transportation provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and report any violations to management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws that may impact our company
  • Train employees on compliance procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of our business
  • Respond to compliance-related inquiries and requests from clients and regulatory agencies
  • Participate in internal and external compliance audits and investigations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as DOT regulations and HIPAA
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
