Join our growing team as a Sales Operations Coordinator — an entry-level role with direct exposure to sales, lead generation, and client management. You’ll be the face of our company, the first point of contact for prospective clients, and a key driver in turning leads into booked appointments. What You’ll Do
- Professionally answer and route inbound calls, qualifying leads and gathering essential information.
- Serve as the first impression for visitors and potential clients — friendly, polished, and solution-oriented.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments (including AWO—appointment with owner) to support our sales pipeline.
- Learn our painting and construction services inside and out so you can confidently discuss solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service: identify client pain points, resolve minor issues, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead databases, tracking every interaction.
- Support daily office operations: filing, data entry, calendar management, opening/closing tasks.
- Assist executives and sales staff with administrative support, proposals, and client follow-ups.
- Take on additional responsibilities over time (e.g. outbound calls, upselling, marketing support, sales metrics).
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- No prior sales experience required — we want a positive attitude, curiosity, and drive.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; you’re confident and clear.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and calm.
- Strong attention to detail — small mistakes can cost big.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Works proactively, independently, yet thrives in teams.
- A professional demeanor: courteous, positive, and always oriented toward solutions.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Occasional flexibility may be needed (e.g. assisting on sales events or after-hours client needs)
