Brand Ambassador

A Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador is the driving force behind the New Club Opening process. When we enter a new market, our Pre-Sale Brand Ambassadors work within the community to build excitement and interest in the upcoming club opening. By partnering with local businesses and canvassing the surrounding area the Pre-Sale Ambassador team will work towards generating new member leads while being a prime example of the Crunch Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
• Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team†activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
• Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
• Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
• Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner

Employment Eligibility

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively.
• To be eligible for employment at Fitness Ventures LLC applicants must be at least 18 years of age. This policy ensures compliance with applicable laws and helps maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements and maintain their eligibility to work in the United States throughout their employment.
