Role Description
This full-time on-site Human Resources Director position is based in Orlando, FL. The HR Director will lead and manage HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role also includes a responsibility for fostering a positive workplace culture, advising on HR strategy, and serving as a key partner to leadership in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and a comprehensive understanding of HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS & payroll
- In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus
- Experience working in a multi-location or franchise environment is preferred
