relationships with high school counselors and community organizations in
assigned territory. - Travel to high schools, college fairs, and
regional recruiting events; represent the university. - Interview
prospective students and conduct information sessions for students and
families. - Review application files and make admissions decisions
independently and as part of committees. - Plan, organize, and implement
on- and off-campus recruiting events, including Open Houses. - Lead
targeted recruitment activities and special projects to meet
territory/enrollment goals. - Use admissions databases and software for
recruitment duties. - Provide outstanding customer service to
prospective students and families. - Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum: At least one year relevant experience (student
leadership counts). - Proven ability to meet performance goals. -
Self-motivated, proactive relationship-building skills. - Excellent
oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail
skills. - Strong technical aptitude; ability to learn databases and
communication tools. - Valid driver?s license and ability to travel
extensively; willingness to work evenings/weekends. - Ability to pass

Sales/marketing, admissions, or higher education experience - Bilingual
proficiency - Interest in data-driven work and familiarity with
